The following terms apply only to orders placed for delivery within the European Union.
EU clients are entitled to a two-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects, meaning faults in materials or construction that were present at the time of delivery, even if they become apparent later. The legal guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, including pilling, fading, softening, or stretching over time; damage resulting from failure to follow the care instructions; accidental damage, misuse, or alterations; or the natural characteristics of a material, such as the patina of leather or variation in suede.
To make a claim, please contact Client Services with your order number, a description of the issue, and detailed images of the defect and the care label. We may request that the item be returned to us for inspection. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item. Where repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer a price reduction or a refund to the original payment method.
The legal guarantee is separate from the Right of Withdrawal and does not affect your statutory rights.
