What is your return policy for in-store purchases?

If you are not completely satisfied with your in-store purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery date for a refund. In-store purchases can only be returned in-store. The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.

Can I return an online order in-store?

Unfortunately, our in-store system is only able to process returns for items that were purchased in-store.

What is your try-on policy?

Our stores permit customers to try on all merchandise, with the exception of t-shirts, form-fitting tanks, underwear, swim, and socks. This policy is implemented to maintain the cleanliness and quality standards of our products. If you have any questions about sizing or need assistance, contact us.

Can I make a reservation for Café Leon Dore?

We currently do not take reservations for our café. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis to accommodate all guests.
