All international orders are shipped via DHL. Order processing may take up to 7 days. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships. All packages are insured and trackable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.

Please note, our standard delivery & return policies do not apply to made-to-order products. If we anticipate longer delivery times for a specific product, that information will be listed above as well as in checkout and in the order confirmation email.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

During the holiday period, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.

• Place your order by 12/10 to guarantee delivery by 12/24. We cannot guarantee delivery for orders placed after this date.
• Orders placed between December 1st - December 27th will have an extended return window of 45 days after delivery.
